Tucked away in this collection is a collaboration that's close to my heart – a partnership with "Not A Space," a Sharjah cafe I absolutely adore. This collaboration stemmed from a long-held dream of creating my own signature drink. As a self-proclaimed "sweet tooth," I envisioned a drink that was both visually stunning (think vibrant pinks and reds) and bursting with a complex flavor profile. The result? The "Serozess" – a testament to my love for oranges and a reflection of my own personality. Creating this drink wasn't just a project; it was a personal milestone, and one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career.
